The Role:
This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity with a hybrid work schedule requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Buffalo, NY (ZIP Code 14210). As a Healthcare Contract Recruiter, your primary objective will be to source and hire exceptional candidates, driving the growth and success of our client’s organization. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract a diverse and qualified talent pool. Deep knowledge of the local market, job fairs, sourcing campaigns, and the Western New York region is essential to excel in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates for a wide range of positions using innovative sourcing methods.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff to determine salary ranges, incentives, and start dates during the offer process.
• Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Extend job offers promptly and accurately, preparing offer letters, new hire forms, and other pre-employment documentation.
• Represent the organization at local job fairs and assist with planning and hosting Open House events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with benefits administration and perform other HR-related duties as needed.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional networking and social media sourcing abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Experience recruiting for the following positions:
  • Medical Receptionist
  • Medical Assistant
  • Surgical Scheduler
  • LPN
  • RN
  • Sonographer
  • Patient Service Representative
  • Social Worker

Details:

• Contract Length: 3–6 months with potential for permanent placement.
• Full-Time Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
